This project demonstrates a highly integrated multi-station automated stamping line built around 3D transfer robot technology. The solution was custom-engineered to meet the customer’s requirements for high tonnage forming, efficient process distribution, and cost-effective automation.
By intelligently replacing a single large-tonnage press with multiple smaller presses working in series, this production line significantly reduces equipment investment while maintaining high productivity, showcasing our strong capability in delivering innovative and industry-oriented stamping automation solutions.

Equipment Configuration
The automated stamping line is composed of the following core equipment:
·3 sets of 3D transfer robots
Designed for precise and stable in-die and inter-station part transfer.
·3 gantry presses
Arranged in series to divide the stamping process into multiple stages, improving forming control and equipment utilization.
·1 straight-in feeder system
Providing accurate and stable sheet feeding into the first press.
All equipment is fully integrated to ensure smooth material flow and synchronized operation across all stations.
Production Function
·The sheet feeder automatically loads raw material into the stamping line
·Three-axis 3D transfer robots handle product transfer within the molds during each stamping stage
·Shuttle carts transport stamped parts between presses, enabling continuous and stable production
This coordinated system achieves efficient multi-stage forming with minimal manual intervention.
Key Features & Performance
·Cost-Efficient Multi-Press Design
Three presses are integrated in series to replace a traditional 1600T single press, significantly lowering initial investment while maximizing overall return.
·Single-Cycle Production Mode
The entire line operates in a synchronized single-cycle process, ensuring consistent quality and stable output.
·High Production Speed
Maximum speed: up to 12 cycles per minute
In two-axis operation mode, production speed can reach up to 15 cycles per minute
·Flexible Tooling & Gripper Design
Different grippers can be easily changed to accommodate various product types, making the line ideal for automated stamping in automotive parts manufacturing.
·Versatile System Configuration
The system can operate as a standalone unit or be configured as a two-axis automation system, offering high flexibility for different production scenarios.
This case highlights our expertise in system-level stamping automation design, combining 3D transfer robots, multi-station presses, and intelligent material handling.
